Shipping

All orders must be paid in full along with freight charges prior to shipping.

All shipments from international destinations are via air, with a transit time of approximately 7 working days. Shipping costs are to be paid at the time you place your order and are non-refundable.

Any additional duties, taxes, handling, transfer and other fees that may be incurred are to be paid by the recipient.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of a made-to-order product, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If products were damaged during shipping, please fill out this form within 48 hours upon receipt to apply for replacements.
